Ruthie and the Wranglers are a five-piece based in the Washington, DC area. Rob Gould is an award-winning singer-songwriter who’s been entertaining local audiences with his folk-Americana originals for the last ten years. His new album, “Because of You”, is a Finalist for the 2023 Wammie award Album of The Year in the Country /Americana category. Two songs on the album have already won honorable mention awards in the Mid-Atlantic Songwriting Contest.
Rob lives in Rockville with his wife, Kate and two kittens, Sam (Cook) Gould and Otis (Redding) Gould.
