Carolyn Eyerly is a singer/songwriter/guitarist who performs Bluegrass originals and covers as well as "grassed-up" classic rock & country tunes suitable for foot stomping, dancing, and swaying. Carolyn was awarded the WAMMIE for the D.C. area's2022 Best Bluegrass Artist when she released her solo CD, The Sunny Side of Life, produced by Dede Wyland. Her CD, on the Patuxent Music label, includes 7 of her original songs. Eyerly has been a dynamic lead singer in the Washington, D.C. area since 2011 with the bands Sweet Yonder and Shenandoah Run. She has created a huge playlist of popular bluegrass, gospel, and eclectic songs. .

The Carolyn Eyerly Band is a wildly talented bunch of virtuosos including Kevin Church on banjo, Stefan Custodi on bass, and Jeff Kidd on mandolin. Kevin Church began his stellar music career 40 years ago playing banjo and singing in his rich voice with the Country Gentlemen, The Travelers, and Bob Perilla's Big Hillbilly Bluegrass Band, among others. Kevin has performed around the world including at the White House. Carolyn’s phenomenal bass player and harmony singer is Stefan Custodi, also a former member of Bob Perilla's Big Hillbilly Bluegrass Band, as well as Eastman String Band, and Frank Solivan & Dirty Kitchen. Finally, Eyerly’s magical mandolin player, Jeff Kidd from the Satyr Hill Band, is a seasoned veteran of traditional and contemporary bluegrass music who absolutely "kills it" on mandolin in the style of the infamous Sam Bush. You are certain to be wowed!
