Apollo 66 • Marshall Keith

Apollo 66 - Formed in 2016 and based in the Washington DC, area, Apollo 66 plays garage punk rock 'n' roll to help you forget about the coming apocalypse, and stomp your feet, clap your hands, and shout "Wooo!" Their music fits somewhere in the space-time-continuum of the Sonics, the Cramps, Misfits, Dick Dale and Link Wray with an occasional touch of Beatles-inspired harmonies (although with considerably less talent and professionalism, but with just enough enthusiasm to make it work).

Marshall Keith Marshall Keith was a founding member of the SlickeeBoys.Their quirky take on punk, psychedelia, surf, and Americana influenced a slew of bands in DC and beyond. Rolling Stone Magazine called him "the secret weapon of the Slickee's arsenal." From London's Melody Maker: "Out of the blue and brilliant." With tours of the US and Europe, he's shared the stage with such diverse acts as The Ramones, U2, The Four Tops, Minor Threat, The Ventures, The Kinks, The Pretenders, The Cramps and even Pete Seeger! Marshall has been composing music, and experimenting with recording since the age of 12. Never satisfied with the status quo, his curiosity led to the invention of the stereophonic baritone guitar (which is his instrument of choice). His latest album "Something For You" was released in 2020 as part of DSI records archives.
